1. Introduction
Welcome to jli3. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member," "you") and jli3.xyz ("jli3," "the Platform," "we," "us"). By accessing or using jli3 – whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means – you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
jli3 is operated under a valid licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming, betting, and casino services offered on jli3 are legal under Philippine law, subject to the eligibility conditions set out below.
Please read these Terms carefully before registering or placing any bet. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jli3 platform. If you have questions about anything in this document, contact jli3 support at support@jli3.xyz before proceeding.
Plain-language note: By creating an account on jli3, you're agreeing to follow these rules. We've written them to be clear and fair. Ignorance of the Terms is not accepted as an excuse for violations.
2. Eligibility
To register and use jli3, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You are at least 21 years of age. PAGCOR regulations require a minimum age of 21 for all online gambling activities in the Philippines.
- You are physically located within the Philippines at the time of placing bets or accessing gaming services.
- You are not accessing jli3 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
- You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for a third party.
- You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of jli3 or any affiliated company, nor are you a close family member of such a person.
- You have not previously been excluded from jli3 or had an account terminated for violations of these Terms.
jli3 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Any account found to be registered by or for a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, and any balance will be forfeited in accordance with regulatory requirements.
3. Account Registration
3.1 One Account Policy
Each individual may register only one jli3 account. Operating multiple accounts – whether using the same or different personal details – is strictly prohibited. If jli3 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your jli3 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid Philippine address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.3 Account Security
Your jli3 account credentials – including your password and any two-factor authentication codes – are your responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone. jli3 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 KYC Verification
jli3 is required by PAGCOR regulations to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, or PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal privileges suspended.
4. Deposits and Payments
jli3 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be investigated. jli3 reserves the right to reverse third-party deposits and suspend the associated account pending investigation.
- Minimum deposit: ₱100 (may vary by payment method)
- Maximum deposit: Subject to your current VIP tier and PAGCOR-mandated limits
- GCash and Maya deposits reflect instantly in your jli3 balance
- Bank transfer deposits (InstaPay/PESONet) may take up to a few hours to reflect
jli3 does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own fees – check with your provider before transacting.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals from your jli3 balance are processed to a verified Philippine payment account held in your name. To request a withdrawal, navigate to the cashier section of your account and submit a withdrawal request.
- Minimum withdrawal: ₱200
- Standard processing time: Within 24 hours for verified accounts
- GCash and Maya withdrawals typically arrive within 5 minutes of processing
- VIP Diamond and Elite Diamond members benefit from same-day and priority processing
jli3 may request additional verification documentation before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on your part.
Any funds derived from bonus credits are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus-funded balances before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being removed from the withdrawal amount.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
jli3 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:
- Bonuses are awarded for promotional purposes and are not cash until wagering requirements are met.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Expired bonuses are forfeited.
- jli3 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time unless jli3 explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
- Bonus abuse – including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using bonuses in ways that exploit low-risk betting strategies, or providing false information to obtain a bonus – will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account termination.
- VIP Club cashback is subject to the terms outlined in the VIP Club section of the jli3 platform.

7. Betting Rules
All bets placed on jli3 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. These rules are available within each game or betting market on the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
7.1 Bet Acceptance
jli3 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion. Bets are only accepted when confirmed by the jli3 system. A bet is not valid until you receive a confirmation notification within your account.
7.2 Errors and Technical Issues
In the event of a technical error, network failure, or system malfunction that affects a game or bet, jli3 will investigate and take corrective action. This may include voiding bets placed during the error period and refunding stakes. jli3's decision in such matters is final.
7.3 Obvious Errors in Odds
If odds or payouts are posted in error (for example, due to a data feed failure or human input mistake), jli3 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
7.4 Live Betting
Live (in-play) bets on jli3 are processed in real time. Due to the nature of live events, there may be a slight delay between your bet placement and confirmation. Bets placed after an event outcome has been determined but before the system has updated may be voided at jli3's discretion.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on jli3 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
- Match-fixing or any form of corruption in relation to sporting events covered by jli3
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain
- Money laundering or any attempt to use jli3 to process proceeds of illegal activity
- Chargebacks or disputes with payment providers for legitimate transactions
- Harassment or abusive behaviour toward jli3 staff or other players
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party
- Accessing jli3 using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions
9. Responsible Gaming
jli3 takes responsible gaming seriously. We want all our members to enjoy the platform in a safe and sustainable way. If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, jli3 offers the following tools, all accessible from your account settings:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps
- Session time alerts: Get notified after extended play sessions
- Cooling-off periods: Temporarily restrict account access for 24 hours to 30 days
- Self-exclusion: Request account closure for 6 months or longer

10. Account Suspension and Termination
jli3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jli3 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- These Terms have been violated
- The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes
- The member has provided false registration information
- The member is under 21 years of age
- Regulatory requirements compel jli3 to do so
Where an account is closed for a violation of these Terms, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Genuine real-money deposits (minus any applicable winnings derived from prohibited activity) may be refunded at jli3's discretion after investigation.
Members wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support@jli3.xyz. All outstanding eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal to the member's verified payment account.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the jli3 platform – including but not limited to the website design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, software, and marketing materials – is the intellectual property of jli3 or its licensed partners. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any jli3 content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The jli3 name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of jli3 trademarks is prohibited and may result in legal action.
12. Limitation of Liability
jli3 operates the platform on an "as is" basis. While jli3 takes all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is reliable and secure, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jli3 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:
- Technical failures or downtime
- Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers
- Actions taken by jli3 in compliance with its PAGCOR licence obligations
- Losses from gambling – as with any form of betting, you may lose money
Remember: Betting involves real money and real risk. Only wager amounts you can afford to lose. jli3 is not responsible for financial losses resulting from betting activity.
13. Privacy and Data
jli3 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). The full details of how your data is collected, used, stored, and protected are set out in the jli3 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By registering with jli3, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for account management, KYC compliance, regulatory reporting, and (with separate consent) marketing purposes.
14. Amendments to These Terms
jli3 may update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jli3 will notify members via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of jli3 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of jli3 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to jli3's right to apply for emergency or injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
